Had Saturday lunch here (lockdown burger 2.0 and cheesy chips), and the food and service were great. The place has been decorated for Christmas too and it’s really nice. It is a bit expensive, and they don’t service alcohol, but those are the only negatives and I’ll go back with the family soon.
An amazing lunch, chicken burger was delicious, crispy and hot which is always a plus. Highly recommend the ice cream too. Honeycomb and butterscotch were 5* I was catching up with a friend, the staff were happy for us to stay as long as we wanted which was very kind off them. The staff are very friendly and not pushy at all. Already planning our next lunch date.
A great place with good vibes! Food prices reasonable also. Got the club premium burger it was tasty and decent size. 1st time dining in this establishment, but definitely will not be my last.... All food arrived promptly, hot and delicious! The burgers were tasty & fresh! Atmosphere enjoyable with low background music, and gentle chit-chat from other tables. Javed & Georgina were very welcoming, friendly & accommodating to all our needs. Will 100% recommend to my friends & family!
Second time here and once again, lovely! The food is fresh, with high quality ingredients. Service is brilliant, with attentive staff. One small thing though, it would be great if you offered non-spicy chicken starters or chicken strips in the kids meal.
Popped into Gourmet Burger Club Banstead on a Sunday afternoon for the first time, and it did not disappoint. It’s a fully halal spot with a detailed allergy menu, and the server actually took the time to note down allergies properly. Ordered Club Premium Burger – proper juicy burger, fresh toppings, and that perfect balance of flavours. The beef was good quality, cooked well, and paired perfectly with melted cheese, crisp lettuce, and pickles. Chicken Club Sandwich – Big portions, fresh ingredients, and served with crispy fries. Good choice if you want something lighter than a beef burger but still packed with flavour. Service was spot on—friendly, professional, and actually paying attention to details. Food came out quickly, and everything was fresh. The place itself is modern and clean, with a nice vibe. The exposed brick wall with the golden “B” logo gives it a classy look, the black and gold decor works well, and the comfy seating and warm lighting make it feel inviting. The checkered floor adds a cool retro touch. First visit here, and it definitely won’t be the last. Great food, great service, and a solid halal burger spot. If you’re in the area, it’s worth checking out. Highly recommended
Staff were friendly...food was amazing! There were 6 of us, so we had quite a variety and tried the chicken sandwich, which was delicious. We had the mushroom melted burger and cheesy fries. The wings, the spicy gourmet club burger, the lockdown. All tasted juicy and fresh. Excellent value for money.
Best burger place in the area. Food is fantastic. We had the beef and fried chicken burger. The chips are nice and crispy. Milkshakes are also recommended.
